I'm grateful to begin this year by participating in the BRIC Biennial: Volume III, South Brooklyn Edition which opened on February 6th at the BRIC House located at 647 Fulton Street in Brooklyn.
In the biennial I'm showing new photographic work that examines social ideals around "whiteness" and purity. If you're interested in seeing it please visit the biennial or contact me for a studio visit.
Curated by Elizabeth Ferrer and Jenny Gerow, the 2019 BRIC Biennial offers a look at how artists envision “The Impossible Possible.” Rather than reflecting our current state of affairs, their work looks inward, whether reflecting the sphere of the personal or some alternate reality.
The biennial will be on view through April 7th including several satellite exhibitions at locations around Brooklyn.
